The Hoppy Poppy, Julius Seizure, Much a Brew About Nothing: just three of the 30 plus ales that were on show at this years Bulkington Beer Festival.

Locals came to swig a brew, sip a stout or gluged down a bellyfull of the finest hops this September at what was the 3rd annual Beer Festival.  Held in association with our close neighbours at the St James Bulkington parish church we were delighted to welcome back the Church End Brewery who showcased their latest creations. With a selection of 30 Real Ales, 10 ciders, live music and good food there was something to delight everyone's taste buds.

Many thanks to all those who made this event possible.  It was a real delight to welcome everyone to the Hall to enjoy the nutty, fruity tastes from the master brewers!

We look forward to the 2012 festival with thirsty anticipation!
